Experience Mr. Bradley has been a member of AvAirPros since 2001 and has been involved in the commercial aviation industry for more than 10 years. His aviation experience is in providing airline liaison and project management services for complex, multi-phased airport construction projects. Mr. Bradley has particular expertise in Project Management, Program Coordination, and critical areas of Subject Matter that is unique to a major terminal development project. Mr. Bradley currently maintains the Airline Liaison Office (ALO) and serves as the primary point of contact for the Wayne County Airport Authority (WCAA) on the North Terminal Redevelopment (NTR) Project. The ALO represents the Signatory Airlines’ interests on the $451M NTR Project related to technical and operational issues. This position requires extensive communication with, and interaction on, the project to identify and preserve the requirements of the airline stakeholders. Mr. Bradley provides daily coordination with WCAA project staff, WCAA operations staff, the Master A/E, the Master Systems Integration, Construction Manager, and other project participants on behalf of the DTW NTR Signatory airlines. This role requires an intimate understanding of the overall project and its scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that both WCAA and NTR airline project goals and objectives are effectively communicated and achieved. Prior to his current DTW assignment, Mr. Bradley was a key member of the Airline Liaison Office (ALO) at Chicago Midway Airport. Mr. Bradley was specifically responsible for project management of various airline systems related to the new Midway Airport Terminal Development Program. The airline systems included baggage handling systems, pre-conditioned air, 400Hz ground power, multi-user flight information display systems (MUFIDS), passenger boarding bridges, potable water cabinets, airline information systems, and other airline related support facilities. In this role, Mr. Bradley had an extensive understanding of the overall $900M program and phasing to ensure the necessary coordination of the airline systems with base building systems. Prior to joining AvAirPros, Mr. Bradley served as Project Manager of a prominent Flight Information Display Systems company. Mr. Bradley’s role provided him with unique experience relative to the design, construction, implementation, integration, maintenance, and operation of information systems. Mr. Bradley’s industry experience, expertise, and understanding of a complete terminal development life cycle are a rare and valuable asset to any major airport terminal development team.
