Experience Mr. Ryan joined the staff of AvAirPros Services, Inc. in May 2009 as a Duty Operations Manager where he is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all airline equipment and support systems for the Midway Airlines’ Terminal Consortium (MATCO).
Mr. Ryan is currently responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the Inline Explosive Detection Baggage Handling System, Passenger Loading Bridges, aircraft gate striping, potable water equipment, ground power equipment, triturator equipment, Flight Information Display System, electric tug charging equipment, Pre-Conditioned Air System, a Computerized Maintenance Management System, international terminal facility management, passenger wheelchair services, ticket verification services, city gate management, snow removal, and other miscellaneous equipment and services on behalf of the Consortium. He develops and maintains preventative maintenance programs and inventory procedures and regularly interacts with the City of Chicago, the Midway air carriers, and various union groups, vendors, and contractors. Mr. Ryan also oversees the Consortium’s 24/7 Dispatcher call center.
Recently, Mr. Ryan developed standard operating procedures and maintenance specifications for the newly implemented snow removal program for Midway’s 12 common gates. He continues to coordinate the daily responsibilities of the project while refining its parameters.
Mr. Ryan brings a rich background in customer relationship management and operations experience to the company. Previously, Mr. Ryan helped major retailers to procure and organize their merchandise and to effectively manage their personnel and facility operations. He brings over 15 years of management experience and inventory management expertise to the AvAirPros Team.
