Experience

Mr. Ilagan’s aviation experience is in airport planning, facility programming, project and construction management and providing technical and operational expertise in the implementation of airport capital improvement programs.
AvAirPros is a key member of the Airport Master Plan Team as the Airline Technical Representative (ATR) at Norman Mineta San Jose International Airport, providing technical and financial analysis on behalf of the Airlines related to the $1.5 billion Capital Improvement Program. Mr. Ilagan provides technical guidance related to the coordination of airline involvement and the development of programmatic requirements.

AvAirPros provides a key role in airline and airport interface as the Airline Liaison Office (ALO) at the San Francisco International Airport, providing technical and financial analysis on behalf of the airlines. Mr. Ilagan provides technical expertise as part of the Airline Liaison Office at the San Francisco International Airport, assisting with airline coordination and review of the Airports Capital Improvements Program.

Mr. Ilagan serves as technical liaison for the Hawaii Airline Liaison Office (HALO) at the Honolulu International Airport, coordinating between the Airlines Committee of Hawaii (ACH) and the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation Airports Division (DOT-A) on issues related to the Hawaii Statewide Airport System Capital Improvement Program.

Mr. Ilagan served as Project Manager for the implementation of Southwest Airlines’ Enhanced Boarding Projects (Interim Solutions) for San Jose International Airport and Sacramento International Airport as part of Southwest’s system-wide implementation of their enhanced boarding process.

Prior to joining AvAirPros, Mr. Ilagan gained experience working for the Corporate Properties and Facilities department at Aloha Airlines, serving on the Airline Technical Committee as well as on the Technical and Finance committees for the Hawaii Fueling Facilities Corporation (HFFC).

Mr. Ilagan’s experience in the various aspects of airline operations, airport construction and his ability to coordinate the requirements of the many participants involved in the airport implementation process make him a valued member of any airport development team.
