Experience Ms. Diaconu joined AvAirPros in 2004 and has over fifteen years of financial, accounting, and project management experience. Ms. Diaconu is currently part of the Delta’s JFK Program Management Team, providing financial and project management support for T2-3 Renovation Project. Ms. Diaconu managed the financial reporting for Delta’s JFK, LGA and Shuttle Concessions Program. In addition, Ms. Diaconu managed the financial reporting to Terminal One Management for the A-380 Program Development and Implementation Program. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Diaconu was the Assistant Manager for JetTours USA & Canada Branch of the French tour operator. She was responsible for day-to-day branch operations and managed all accounting activities including full financial statements, budget projections and management. Ms. Diaconu also served as a Project Manager for ROMEXPO - Bucharest Exhibition Center where she planned, directed and coordinated activities of Romanian participation in international trade shows. Ms. Diaconu was responsible for soliciting, obtaining and managing governmental funds for such trade shows, and served as pre-show and on-site liaison to the trade shows operators.
