Experience

Mr. Taylor joined AvAirPros in 2006. He is currently a member of the AvAirPros team involved in the Delta Air Line’s Corporate Real Estate Restructuring Project Office, which is responsible for right sizing Delta’s system-wide real estate portfolio by reducing footprint, jettisoning unnecessary facilities, and eliminating debt. Delta has a company-wide target of $3B of annual spending reductions, which includes $100M of cost reductions from CRE.

His previous aviation experience with several major US airlines spans a period of over thirty-eight years all in Corporate Real Estate departments. His work assignments have been in various geographic locations including Central America, South America, and Asia as well as all regions of the United States. His responsibilities included airline properties as well as facilities planning, design and construction.
