Experience Mr. Orlik joined the staff of AvAirPros Services in 2005. He has over twenty five years of experience in physical security. Mr. Orlik is currently responsible for the security of Terminal One at JFK International Airport, New York. Additionally, he is the liaison with the Port Authority Police Department, the Transportation Security Administration, and the security company presently contracted with Terminal One. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Orlik was the Terminal Manager for Terminal One with the Transportation Security Administration. He oversaw security employees posted at screening checkpoints and baggage screening areas. His responsibilities included protecting the traveling public by preventing dangerous or deadly persons or objects from being transported onto an aircraft. Mr. Orlik is also a retired New York City Police Department Detective Sergeant. His duties included the supervision of detectives in their daily operations concerning homicides, police shootings, felony assaults, rapes, kidnappings, commercial burglaries, and bias crimes. Mr. Orlik’s last assignment was with the Crime Scene Unit supervising rescue and recovery operations at the World Trade Center in New York City.
