Experience Ms. Healey joined AvAirPros Services in February of 2007. Her 20 years experience in areas of Customer Service, Operations and Management provide the essential skills required in today’s aviation environment. As Manager On Duty for Terminal One Management at JFK International Airport, Ms. Healey is responsible for the overall day-to-day monitoring of passenger and flight activity. This includes managing the coordination of gates and ramp control. She also acts as liaison between the air carriers and the various service companies who are under contract with Terminal One to perform those services. The duties of the Manager On Duty also include maintaining a rapport with the Federal and local law enforcement agencies, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining AvAirPros, Ms. Healey was Operations Manager for Trans World Airlines at JFK, a position she held until the company was acquired by American Airlines, at which time she accepted an operations management position in St. Louis, Missouri. Both positions required maintaining daily schedules, overseeing passenger services, ground services, maintenance, and Federal and State regulatory authorities. Ms. Healey also served as Ground Security Coordinator and received training from U.S. Federal, British and private security agencies. Her tenure at Trans World Airlines also included Passenger Services, VIP Services, Load Control, Flight Coordinator, and Air Freight.
