Experience Mr. Seid joined AvAirPros in 1998. In 1999, Mr. Seid was appointed Executive Director of the company formed to administer the airline consortium at the New International Terminal, San Francisco Terminal Equipment Company, LLC (SFOTEC), which was formed to incorporate a structure for approximately 25 airlines to operate from the New International Terminal at SFO, which officially opened in December 2000. This terminal, posed to be the largest in North America at 2.5 million square feet, houses two concourses and a main terminal building along with associated systems. As Executive Director, Mr. Seid is responsible for an annual operating budget of over 11 million dollars. Mr. Seid also serves as Schedules Coordinator on behalf of the Airport and international airlines for SFO and is responsible for the submission and coordination of all international airline schedules. Prior to joining AvAirPros Services, Inc. Mr. Seid was President of Seid and Associates, Inc., a corporation providing varied services to the San Francisco Foreign Flag Corporation (SFFFC), providing managerial, operational and maintenance administration to the 21 airlines making up the SFFFC. With the dissolving of the SFFFC, which occurred in 2001 with the opening of the New International Complex, Mr. Seid was responsible for the distribution of the corporation’s assets to its members. Prior to forming Seid and Associates, Inc., Mr. Seid held a number of management positions with Pan American World Airways, Inc. (Pan Am). As Regional Controller for the Western United States, Hawaii and Mexico, he had administrative and budgetary responsibility for 13 major cities.
