Experience

Mr. Corrigan manages AvAirPros Atlanta office and AvAirPros’ Strategic & Financial Services practice. He also manages the Concession Management and Concessions Development practice. Mr. Corrigan provides financial management and operations services as well as business and lease negotiations support and strategy development for various airline clients.

Mr. Corrigan oversees the Financial Controls team supporting Delta Air Lines’ $1.2B international hub expansion program at John F. Kennedy International Airport. As part the JFK Redevelopment Program, he also provided strategic financial and business support for the transaction including sublease negotiations with the PANY&NJ and JFK IAT (private operator of Terminal 4), program capital cost and pro-forma analysis, financing structure development, and financing implementation coordination.

Mr. Corrigan also serves as the Finance Director for the Airline Master Plan Team (AMPT) at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and is responsible for representing the airline’s interests on all business, financial, funding matters as well as lease negotiation support, lease strategy development, and financial analysis. The airlines and the City recently negotiated a seven year lease extension with Mr. Corrigan providing the financial and strategic analysis in support of the airlines’ negotiating team. Mr. Corrigan has also provided ongoing support and oversight of the Airport’s capital expansion program that includes a new runway, international terminal, CONRAC facility, and significant refurbishment and expansion of the existing airport physical plant.

Mr. Corrigan led Delta Air Lines’ Corporate Real Estate Restructuring Project Office, which right-sized Delta’s system-wide real estate portfolio and reduced annual real estate spend by over $125 million, during Delta’s court assisted restructuring. He provided support for the development of the Midway Airlines Terminal Corporation (MATCO) and served as interim finance manager during start-up and early operations phases. For the $435 million Terminal One development project at JFK International Airport, Mr. Corrigan was responsible for developing and implementing all terminal concessions, management of the OCIP program, program budgeting, invoice disbursements, cost reporting and auditing, equipment leasing and procurement, O&M contracting, and support services for start up of the Executive Director’s Office.

Prior to joining the AvAirPros, Mr. Corrigan worked for a national airport consulting firm in their Financial, Facility, and Environmental Services divisions. During Mr. Corrigan’s tenure, he prepared financial feasibility studies, rates and charges models, economic impact studies, demand forecasts, Part 150 Noise studies, environmental assessments and environmental impact statements, and master plans for airports throughout the country.
