Mr. Corrigan joined AvAirPros in 1994 and manages the Atlanta office. He is responsible for managing AvAirPros’ Strategic & Financial Services practice as well as the Concession Management and Concessions Development practice. Mr. Corrigan provides financial management and operations services as well as business and lease negotiations support and strategy development for various airline clients.

Mr. Corrigan is assisting Delta Air Lines with its international hub expansion program at JFK International airport; a restart of Delta’s $2.2B redevelopment program in 2000 and 2001. The current program entails expansion of existing JFK Terminal 4 facilities and complete redevelopment of Delta’s Terminals 2&3. He is responsible for development and evaluation of alternative re-development strategies, term sheet and sublease negotiations with the PANY&NJ and JFK IAT (private operator of Terminal 4), program capital cost and proforma analysis, financing structure development, and implementation coordination.

Mr. Corrigan also serves as the finance director for the Airline Master Plan Team (AMPT) at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The Airport is in the process of a $6.7B capital expansion program that includes a new runway, international terminal, CONRAC facility, and significant refurbishment and expansion of the existing airport physical plant. The airport lease is also nearing the end of its 30 year term and Mr. Corrigan is responsible for representing the airline’s interests on all business, financial, funding matters as well as lease negotiation support, lease strategy development, and financial analysis.

Mr. Corrigan successfully led Delta Air Line’s Corporate Real Estate Restructuring Project Office, which right-sized Delta’s system-wide real estate portfolio and reduced annual real estate spend by over $125M, during Delta’s court assisted restructuring. He provided support for the development of the Midway Airlines Terminal Corporation (MATCO) and served as interim finance manager during start-up and early operations phases. For the $435M Terminal One development project at JFK International Airport, Mr. Corrigan was responsible for developing and implementing all terminal concessions, management of the OCIP program, program budgeting, invoice disbursements, cost reporting and auditing, equipment leasing and procurement, O&M contracting, and support services for start up of the Executive Director’s Office.

Prior to joining the AvAirPros, Mr. Corrigan worked for a national airport consulting firm in their Financial, Facility, and Environmental Services divisions. During Mr. Corrigan’s tenure, he prepared financial feasibility studies, rates and charges models, and economic impact studies. Additionally, he prepared demand forecasts and air service analysis for statewide airport systems, multi-airport regions, large hub airports, and smaller regional airports. He participated in master plans for MDW, DTW, STL, and MIA and prepared environmental impact statements and environmental assessments for implementation of master plan projects. He also provided financial analysis and support for the transition of T.F. Green Airport from the State of Rhode Island to a newly formed airport corporation and for the privatization of the airfield at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
