Lionel B. Roseval

Experience

Mr. Roseval joined the staff of AvAirPros Services in 1998. His 25 years of experience in the area of Customer Service and Operations provides him with the necessary skills needed in today’s aviation environment.

As Manager of Customer Services & Operations for Terminal One, Mr. Roseval represents the Executive Director’s organization of Terminal One Management at JFK International Airport. His overall responsibilities include overseeing all operating and related contracted services, administering basic policies, practices and programs necessary to ensure a safe and efficient work environment throughout the terminal; preparing and administering financial budgets, and also managing various programs in preparation of forecasts and budget requirements.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Roseval was directly responsible for the ramp operation for Northwest Airlines at La Guardia Airport.

During his tenure at Business Express Airlines, Mr. Roseval held various positions in the Customer Service Department, including that of Regional Director, responsible for the efficient budgeting and performance of fifteen cities, including properties and facilities.

While at Business Express, Mr. Roseval coordinated and implemented successful programs with various Canadian and U.S. agencies regarding Trans-border flights, and created the Canadian Air Carrier Standard Security Program for Business Express.
