Experience Ms. Reyes is currently working on financial management and analysis for the Delta New York Concessions Program. She also works for the New York Airline Liaison Office which serves John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark Airports. Prior to joining AvAirPros, Ms. Reyes worked as a senior financial analyst at Banco (“Bank”) Popular de Puerto Rico, the largest corporation in Puerto Rico, where she applied her experience in financial analysis and reporting in the management of the North America subsidiaries for the Bank. She was a key resource in the preparation of Banco Popular’s Annual Financial Report for the SEC and shareholders. Also, Ms. Reyes was part of the Bank’s Sarbanes Oxley corporate compliance and was involved in the evaluation of control matrices for each subsidiary, as well as the evaluation of their risk procedures. Ms. Reyes worked previously in Seguros Triple-S, Inc., a major insurance company in the Caribbean. As senior financial analyst, she worked closely with the VP of Finance and the Controller on trend identification, variance analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and investment accounting. Ms. Reyes also helped implement internal controls for compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. Prior to joining Seguros Triple-S, Inc., Ms. Reyes held progressive positions in both public accounting firms and in a property management company. In public accounting, she participated in external audits for a number of dynamic industries. While in the property management company, she gained experience in fund accounting and budgeting.
