Mr. Demkovich is a management specialist with extensive experience in the financial and business aspects of aviation projects. Mr. Demkovich has been responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, funding control, and financial reporting. Further, he has been responsible for airport use agreement negotiations and the design and implementation of rates and charges methodologies required supporting these agreements.Mr. Demkovich was responsible for the funding and development of the Shared Use Lounge at the LAX Tom Bradley International Airport including all aspects of budgeting, financial analysis, funding control, and financial reporting during the development period.
Mr. Demkovich was a key participant in negotiations and development of the Detroit Airlines North Terminal Consortium at Detroit Metro Airport.
Mr. Demkovich has provided financial and business support consulting services to JFK Terminal One, and coordinated the December 2006 refinancing of $388 million of Special Facility Revenue Bonds, which included the issuance of new funding for A-380 facility modifications. He was also called upon to lead a significant revenue forecasting, cost reduction and rate calculation effort, as a result of the events of 9/11.
Mr. Demkovich also provided financial support services to Southwest Airlines for the $274 million Terminal A/B Expansion Project at Baltimore Washington International Airport.
Mr. Demkovich held the position of Executive Director at JFK Terminal One for Terminal One Group Association, L.P., and was responsible for the daily operations of the facilities, including the management of $180 million of annual contracts. In this role, he reorganized the management team and implemented business management control and reporting systems. Under his guidance, a 9% operating budget reduction was achieved.
Mr. Demkovich was a key participant in the Terminal One Project at JFK, where he was responsible for the financial and business management aspects of the Project, including budgeting, funding controls, rates and charges, consultant management, auditor management, banking, business systems and interface with the bond trustee.
Mr. Demkovich served as the Control Systems Manager for the $4 billion O-Hare Development Program where he was directly responsible for the development and implementation of the several program control systems, a major MIS system and the capital cost allocations.
