Experience Ms. Dorso is responsible for managing Concession Properties for the Delta Air Lines concession properties at four terminals at John F Kennedy and LaGuardia International Airports. As Senior Manager, Ms. Dorso supervises the day-to-day activities of the Delta program, which consists of over thirty tenants and approximately 60,000 square feet of revenue space. Ms. Dorso’s responsibilities include: developing RFPs; identifying conceptual locations and concession options; attracting quality concessionaires; negotiating agreements; coordinating tenant construction and startup; contract compliance; and interface and coordination among Delta concessionaires and The Port Authority of NY & NJ. Her expertise in Terminal Operations and Program Management have been instrumental in the success of the ongoing, fast tracked Delta Concession Program. Under her direction, Delta Air Lines, Inc. and AvAirPros have won The Port Authority of NY & NJ Customer Care Award for “Best Concessions” at LaGuardia Airport for three consecutive years. Prior to joining AvAirPros, Ms. Dorso worked for PB Aviation during which she participated in development of an interim concession plan for TWA’s terminals at JFK. The project detailed existing conditions, and provided recommended changes, through short-term interim concepts, and a longer term implementation plan and proposed program. Ms. Dorso worked for Pan Am World Airways in several capacities. As Director Corporate Real Estate, one of her responsibilities was concession development of the Pan Am Worldport at John F Kennedy International Airport. She was on the team responsible for the successful negotiation of the Pan Am Shuttle Site and Lease Agreement at the Marine Air Terminal at LaGuardia International Airport.
