Experience Ms. Dorso joined AvAirPros in 1999. She serves as the Senior Manager, Concession Properties responsible for the Delta Air Lines concession properties at JFK and LGA airports which consists of four terminals. Ms. Dorso has participated in concession RFP presentations. Ms. Dorso has a Bachelor of Science, Management & Communications from Adelphi University. In addition to her other responsibilities, Ms. Dorso is responsible for the day-to-day management of the of the Delta program which consists of over 30 tenants and approximately 60,000 square feet. In this role, Ms. Dorso ensures all tenants are in compliance with their contracts and offering quality merchandise and customer services. Under her direction, Delta Air Lines, Inc. and AvAirPros have won The Port Authority of NY & NJ Customer Care award for “Best Concessions” at LaGuardia Airport for two consecutive years. Ms. Dorso’s responsibilities include developing RFPs, identifying conceptual locations and concession options, attracting quality concessionaires, negotiating agreements, coordination of tenant construction and startup, contract compliance and interface and coordination among Delta, concessionaires and The Port Authority of NY & NJ. Ms. Dorso’s expertise in Terminal Operations and Program Management have been instrumental in the success of the ongoing, fast tracked Delta Concession Program. Prior to joining AvAirPros, Ms. Dorso worked for PB Aviation during which she participated in development of an interim concession plan for TWA’s terminals at JFK. The project detailed a facility overview, existing conditions, recommended changes, short-term interim concepts, an implementation plan and a proposed future program. Ms. Dorso worked for Pan Am World Airways in several capacities: As Director Corporate Real Estate, one of her responsibilities was concession development of the Pan Am Worldport at JFK. She was also on the negotiation team responsible for the successful negotiation of the Pan Am Shuttle site and agreement at the Marine Air Terminal at LaGuardia Airport.
