Robert Binish currently serves as a Technical Advisor for the Love Field Modernization Program (LFMP) at Dallas Love Field. The LFMP will completely renovate the existing Terminal/Concourse Complex into a state-of-the-art twenty gate complex. The LFMP includes development of new concessions facilities, airline gate equipment, Department of Aviation complex, Transportation Security Administration facilities and related airfield infrastructure improvements. AvAirPros responsibilities include document management, financial planning, program controls and procedures, financial reporting, program reporting and technical support.

Mr. Binish is recognized for his expertise related to the development of airport terminal systems and facilities. Program management services include development of equipment programs, estimating, scheduling, bid documents, contract development, construction, and systems commissioning. Areas of expertise also include integrated EDS/BHS systems, hydrant fueling systems, problem identification and resolution, and liaison with user groups.

Mr. Binish served as the Program Manager for the Automated In-Line Explosive Detection System and Baggage Handling Systems (EDS/BHS) projects at Chicago Midway International Airport, Dallas Love Field, and Las Vegas McCarran International Airports. Mr. Binish was responsible for coordination of all facets of these programs from concept stage through construction punch list and closeout. The EDS/BHS programs include liaison with the Transportation Security Administration, local airport authorities, legacy system operations staff, general contractors and baggage handling contractors. The MDW Program Management team successfully integrated ten L3 security screening units into the existing legacy baggage handling system with minimal impact to on-going airline operations. The interim DAL EDS/BHS project integrated three in-line L3 security screening units with the existing legacy baggage handling system; and, the permanent DAL EDS/BHS system is a green-field system with six in-line L3 security screening units. The LAS system will integrate in-line L3 security screening units with existing legacy systems.

In addition to Program Management services, Mr. Binish continues to provide Technical Advisory services to a number of airline systems projects throughout the United States. At this time, Technical Advisory services for EDS/BHS projects are being provided for EDS/BHS projects at Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, San Jose, New York, and Los Angeles.
  
Mr. Binish has provided project management and aviation consulting services for various airline systems projects including glass wall passenger boarding bridges, point of use pre-conditioned air systems, point of use ground power systems, potable water systems, gate docking systems, and hydrant fueling systems for the new green-field site airport in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also provided technical advisory services for the integrated baggage handling systems to the government agency responsible for development of the Inchon International Airport in South Korea, and also provided Master Planning services for military airfield conversions in Ecuador.
