Experience Mr. Fox joined the AvAirPros Services team in April 2008 as the Finance Manager for the Midway Airlines’ Terminal Consortium (MATCO). In this role he is responsible for managing a $9 million budget for MATCO, a not-for-profit corporation, and works closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors in managing all aspects of the organization’s finances.
Mr. Fox has a broad range of accounting experience from varying industries including 4 years in transportation, 3 years in insurance and 6 years in real estate. His expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and payroll processing. He has also provided tax and financial consulting services for several small business and start-up companies.
Mr. Fox was responsible for a multi-million dollar portfolio of investment properties under management of Jones Lang LaSalle. This position required extensive management of each property’s finances and submitting financial reports to respective owners. He worked closely with each property’s management team to ensure the highest Return On Investment for its owners.
Also at Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Fox was a key member of a team of experienced accountants assigned to their most challenging client portfolios. His team managed the finances for over 300 properties throughout the United States and was responsible for continuous and extensive financial analysis on those properties as well as the portfolio as a whole.
While at ILona Financial Group, Mr. Fox worked closely with the CFO to consolidate the financial information of eight subsidiaries, which included three medium-sized life insurance companies. In this role he was also solely responsible for the finances of the holding company and three subsidiaries.
As a consultant, Mr. Fox has assisted small business owners to incorporate, set up financial statements, establish accounting processes, set up payroll, create accounts with the various taxing authorities, file annual reports and file annual income tax returns. He works closely with business owners to minimize their tax liability throughout the year.
Currently, Mr. Fox is studying for his CPA License to add to his credentials.
