Experience Ms. Reynolds joined the staff of AvAirPros in 2007 and is based in the Atlanta Office. She has extensive experience in project controls, contract management and program financial management. She currently oversees the contract administration and compliance of Southwest Airlines’ Gate Enhancement project; managing and ensuring costs are within contract scope, schedule and budget. She is also responsible for all invoice audit and invoice compliance requirements activities. Prior to joining AvAirPros, Ms. Reynolds was a key member of the $6.7B Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (H-JAIA) Capital Development Program. Ms. Reynolds support the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation (DOA) in project accounting; administration, audit, analysis and reporting of all Program design and construction contracts. She was also responsible for capital improvement plan budget preparation and analysis; fund availability and reconciliation; and various other financial management analysis and reporting requirements to support the Program. Ms. Reynolds also worked directly for the City of Atlanta where she was responsible for managing a variety of projects including the annual budget, contracts/procurement, records retention, document control and HR related issues. During her tenure, she was also responsible for overseeing all external communications and ensuring compliance with the Georgia Open Records / Freedom of Information Act. With over fifteen years of Human Resource and Administrative Systems Management experience, Ms. Reynolds has provided guidance and assistance in a wide range of operations including labor relations in a unionized environment. She has extensive experience in contract development and process administration including office operations, regulatory compliance, information and records management, program evaluation, training and scheduling coupled with a history of providing a variety of financial services and analysis.
