Mr. Radle is presently a staff member in Project Controls for the $519 million Love Field Modernization Program (LFMP). Responsibilities include all reporting activities, closure of design review comments and maintaining the active issues log.Prior to this Mr. Radle was the Signatory Airlines Representative (SAR) at Indianapolis International Airport, monitoring the implementation of the $1.1 billion Midfield Terminal Program.
Prior to this Mr. Radle was Managing Director for the design and construction of the expansion of the Passenger Security Screening area at Midway Airport.
Mr. Radle served as Managing Director for the Toronto Airline Liaison Office (ALO) for five years where he and ALO staff worked with the airport and airlines to resolve the technical and operational issues related to the implementation of the $4.5 billion Airport Development Program and the $300 million redevelopment of Terminal 3. Mr. Radle’s initial assignment with AvAirPros was as Director-Technical Services for AvAirPros in the ALO at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The ALO at SFO worked with the airport and airlines to help to implement the $2.4 billion Near Term Master Plan Program.
Since joining AvAirPros, Mr. Radle’s primary area of contribution has been in establishing and staffing airline liaison offices to monitor the implementation of large capital projects at airports on behalf of the signatory airlines. These offices review all project submittals and function as the primary information conduit between the airport and the airlines.
Mr. Radle has over twenty-seven years of airport facility planning and project management experience. This experience includes the position of Director - Facilities Design and Construction for Northwest Airlines where he managed a staff of architects, engineers, and draftspersons to provide project management services for all of the airline’s facility improvement projects during the 1980’s and early 1990’s. During his career, he developed and guided teams to successfully implement facility improvement programs at airports throughout the U. S.
