Experience
Mr. Tadlock is currently assigned to the AvAirPros office in Naples, Florida and serves as a Senior Director in the Technical Services practice area. During his tenure, Mr. Tadlock’s roles and responsibilities have included: project management of design and construction programs; the development and implementation of consolidated tenant improvement programs; Airline Technical Representation; and technical, planning, and financial overview support roles at various Airline Liaison Offices (ALO).Mr. Tadlock draws from a successful background in planning, design, and construction. He has over thirty-five years of diversified experience with demonstrated abilities and achievements in the planning, design, and construction of highly complex projects. The past twenty-two years have been devoted specifically to aviation facilities. As a result of this diversified experience, Mr. Tadlock has developed a specialized area of expertise that has proven to be instrumental in reducing overall capital project costs and in providing facilities that meet the functional needs of the end users. Mr. Tadlock’s current assignment includes providing Program Management services for Delta Air Lines’ Corporate Real Estate Department at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Representative projects include the South Terminal Ticket Lobby Reconfiguration Project and the BHS Expansion Project. Responsibilities include overall management of the design team and multiple phased construction projects in support of the BHS conveyor installation and its support facilities. Included in the lobby program was the complete reconfiguration of the ticking lobby adding additional check-in capacity at the lobby and curbside. Also included was the design and construction of ATO support space to support the reconfigured lobby. Prior to the ATL assignment, Mr. Tadlock served as Program Manager overseeing the design for the A380 Program Development and Implementation Project at Terminal One, JFK International Airport. The A380 Program included multiple phased projects to landside and airside facilities in order to accommodate simultaneous operations of up to four A380 aircraft at the Terminal. Included in the Program were analyses to validate various programmatic assumptions including aircraft gate parking; BHS capacity analysis; and an analysis of the hydrant fueling system in support of aircraft fueling operations. During this same time frame, Mr. Tadlock was also a vital member of the Terminal A/B Expansion PMT for Southwest Airlines at the Baltimore Washington International Airport. His role entailed monitoring the installation of the premises wiring distribution system in support of network installations for voice/data, CCTV, CABTV, PA, and MUFIDS and the interface with airport representatives. Before joining AvAirPros, Mr. Tadlock worked on aviation projects in association with a construction management/project management firm as a project manager and as an architect with a local design firm in Hawaii. Projects included the International and Inter-island Terminals at Honolulu International Airport and the terminal in Maui. Mr. Tadlock also spent eighteen years in Denver working on a variety of airport projects including the development of the Architectural Technical Design Standards for the Denver International Airport.
