Experience

Mr. Balde joined the staff of AvAirPros Services in 2005, and has top management experience in finance, treasury management, corporate forecasting, personnel administration, and accounting/controllership for over sixteen years in the U.S. and over seven years overseas.

Mr. Balde currently heads the corporate finance and accounting department of Terminal One Management at JFK International Airport. He is responsible for finance, budgets, forecasts (Tariff Model), accounting (including accounts receivable, accounts payables, general ledger and financial statements), cash flows, taxes, audits (by independent auditors & by the Port Authority of NY/NJ), leases, insurances, monthly financial reports to officers/shareholders, terminal concessions sales, and management of the accounting staff.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Balde worked in both large multinational corporations (a Shiseido subsidiary in New York and Procter & Gamble in the Philippines), as well as in medium-sized corporations in the following industries: cosmetics, department store displays, office products manufacturing, commercial printing, oilfield services, finance and investments, copper and gold mining, oil exploration (Royal Dutch Shell), and consumer products.

Mr. Balde’s prior experience also includes feasibility studies, personnel & payroll administration, inventory management, 401-K administration, and as corporate co-coordinator of the migration to the JD Edwards ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).
