Experience

Ms. Reyes provides financial management and cost accounting services with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.

Ms. Reyes is experienced in airport enterprise fund accounting; financial analysis and reporting; project accounting; CIP budgeting and analysis; and Oracle Public Sector Financials Systems functional implementations.

Currently, Ms. Reyes is responsible for the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA) financial modeling and analysis relative to the Capital Program and lease negotiation. She is also working on the implementation of financial controls for the Southwest Airlines Love Field Modernization Program. Ms. Reyes recently completed a fifteen month project for Delta Air Lines’ system-wide real estate portfolio restructuring and right-sizing efforts. She was responsible for all reporting of costs and annual savings generated through the restructuring for almost 220 unique facilities across Delta’s system. In the past year, Ms. Reyes also managed financial reporting and compliance for Delta’s NY Concessions Program managed by AvAirPros.
    
Prior to joining AvAirPros, Ms. Reyes worked as a financial management consultant at HJAIA. HJAIA is in the midst of a $6.7 billion capital development program. Ms. Reyes assisted the City of Atlanta (City) Department of Aviation (DOA) in project funding source analysis and reporting; capital improvement plan budget preparation and analysis; project accounting; fund balance analysis; and overall financial management, reporting and analysis. During Ms. Reyes’ tenure at HJAIA, she also served as Assistant Project Manager for the DOA Oracle Public Sector Financials implementation. She co-led the efforts in implementation project planning, organization, and management, providing functional subject-matter expertise in airport enterprise fund business, financial, budgeting, procurement, and reporting requirements, and leading process improvement and re-engineering efforts. Ms. Reyes also served as DOA’s functional liaison for the city-wide Oracle Financials implementation. Also, while at HJAIA, Ms. Reyes was part of the team that successfully re-negotiated a ten-year, $100 million Automated Guideway Train System Operation and Maintenance Agreement.

Ms. Reyes previously worked as a consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers Consulting Services (PWC) in various Oracle Financials financial system implementation projects and in an internal Firm business model strategic initiative. Prior to joining PWC, Ms. Reyes held progressive positions at Greater Orlando Airports Authority, last serving as Assistant Finance Manager.
