AvAirPros was engaged by AGA Consulting in February 1999 to provide financial services to the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport for its proposed Consolidated Rental Car Facility Program. The $94M program occupies 62 acres and includes a 3 level parking structure, customer service center which contains both common use space and exclusive use space, roadway systems, a rental car service center with common use fuel and wash facilities, and visitors parking area.

In this role, AvAirPros advised the airport with respect to the financing of the facility and the negotiation of the business terms of the lease that were anticipated to be negotiated with the rental car companies occupying the proposed rental car facility. AvAirPros also prepared a sophisticated financial model identifying sources and uses of revenues associated with the facility.

The results generated by this model were incorporated into a report prepared by AGA Consulting and furnished to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.
